My Top 5 MLB Teams going into the 2020 Season

Alright let’s get to the plan here Ladies and Gents.

Number #5 we got the Tampa Bay Rays, they will be in the Wildcard this year in the playoffs because they have the New York Yankees in their division. I HATE THOSE YANKEES!!!!! Anyways the Rays are one of the best teams in baseball and have a very good hiitng team.

Number #4 we have my very own Minnesota Twins, they have really good hitters and signed a couple of pitchers in the off season to improve the team. They should go futher in the post season this year. If they don’t I will be very mad.

Number #3 I am scared to say it but the cheaters aka (Houston Astros). Even though they cheated they are a soild team all around. They will win their division this year.

Number #2 we have the Los Angeles Dodgers they have a young team and some veterans to build a nice soild team I think they are world series contenders in my eyes.

Last but not least Number #1 the New York Yankees they signed Gerrit Cole this offseason he is the highest paid pitcher ever in MLB. They have a lot of stars on this team, overall they are the best team in the MLB.

My Opinion on the Top 3 Latest MLB news

Well it’s just another off season in the MLB a bunch of rumors. Mookie Betts is an outfielder that plays for the Boston Red Sox. He is a 4 time all star he took a little dive this year in numbers. Sources are saying that Betts is either going to the San Diego Padres or the Los Angels Dodgers. I think that he should go to the Padres because there is good young talent at the padres they could use a outfielder like Mookie Betts.

Nex up is Nolan Arenado he is a third baseman for the Colorado Rockies he is looking to get traded. Sources are saying that Nolan Arenado is going to the New York Yankees!! THATS THE LAST THING THEY NEED!!! The Yankees are stacked. I think that he should stay at the Colorado Rockies they have a good farm team coming up.

Last but no least Josh Donaldson, Donaldson was a third baseman for the Atlanta Braves. He hit the market this offseason, and things turned out really good! Surprising the Twins decided to use their brains and went out and got someone that’s good!! I can tell you I was really mad because the Twins haven’t gotten a big name like this.

Top 3 MLB Offseason signings this year

Well the Yankees striked again, they signed the highest paid pitcher in the history of baseball!! Gerrit Cole signed a 324 million dollars on 9 years, this is unreal amount of money. He is making 36 million dollars a year! Think about that making 36 million dollars a year, man that’d be nice.

This is a picture of Gerrit Cole.

Next we have Anthony Rendon he is a third baseman used to play for the Washington Nationals but now he signed a 245 million dollars for 7 years with the Los Angeles Angles he’s an awesome 3rd baseman but I think it’s the right move because he is 29 years old so he’s contract will be up when he is 36 so hopefully throughout those years he will produce for the Angles.

This is Anthony Rendon.

Last but not least Stephen Strasburg he also signed a 245 million dollars for 7 years He’s the best pitcher in baseball in my opinion, This last season he played for the Washington Nationals and he will continue to play for the Washington Nationals.

This is Stephen Strasburg.

Game 7 of the World Series

What World Series doesn’t go to game 7? Am I right? Houston Astros vs Washington Nationals they were battling for the World Series title. The Houston Astors started Zach Greinke and Washington started Max Scherzer 2 of the best arms in todays game. Max Scherzer went 5.0 innings pitched, which is okay but for him not very good. He also struck out 3 batters and let up 7 hits, not his best outing. Zach Greinke went 6.1 innings pitched and let up 2 hits and he also struck out 3 batters. The Houston Astros bullpen blew this game for them, they gave up 4 runs in the 4 innings!! The Washington Nationals bullpen did really good for having to pitch 5 innings. Now let’s get to the good part batting, both teams were pretty much equal. Both teams had 9 hits a piece but the only difference is the Nationals capitalized when there were runners in scoring position, and won the World Series!! Now only if the TWINS can win a world series!!!!!! See you next time!!

My first blog post

BREAKING NEWS Wednesday 9/25 was a very special day for the Minnesota Twins. They clinched their first division title since 2010!! I am sure you’re thinking, wait the Twins had a winning season? Yes they did! The Twins and the Cleveland Indians have been going back and fourth for the division since opening day. Their bats have really helped them out it’s been a team effort. The Minnesota Twins hit 307 homeruns!!! That’s a new MLB record for homeruns in the regular season. They have 5 players that have 30 or more homeruns! Nelson Cruz leads the Twins with 41 homeruns, follwing is Max Kepler at 36, Miguel Sano is at 34, Eddie Rosario is at 32 and then Mitch Garver is at 31. This is a one in a lifetime thing!! Twins won’t have another winning season in ages after this. Of course they will choke in the 5 game division series. Well bye for now.
